2. Unzip the archive using Winzip or Stuffit Expander. This will result in a folder with all the enzyme files.

3. Locate your current GCK folder, probably in the Programs directory.

4. Within the GCK program folder is another folder called GCK Data. This folder contains the restriction enzyme lists.

5. For Gene Inspector, locate the Gene Inspector folder within the Textco BioSoftware folder in you Programs folder. Find the Lists folder, which contains the current enzyme lists.

6. Discard the enzyme files currently in the GCK Data or the GI Lists folder and replace them with the new ones you just downloaded.

2. Double-click on the downloaded file to unstuff it

3. Locate your current GCK or GI folder.

4. Within the GCK program folder is another folder called GCK Data. This folder contains the restriction enzyme lists.

5. For GI, locate the List folder which contains the current enzyme lists. This folder should be at Username/Library/Preferences/Textco Preferences/GI Preferences/Lists

6. Discard the enzyme files currently in the GCK Data (or GI ... Lists) folder and replace them with the new ones you just downloaded.
