  • (M) Fixed a problem under OS X 10.2.4 that was causing the application to crash after selecting a range of base pairs in a sequence and pressing the delete key to create a junction marker.
  • (M/W) Fixed a problem with the EMBL deluxe import functionality that was preventing useful results from being returned from that service.
  • (M/W) Fixed some spelling errors in dialog boxes.
  • (W) Fixed a problem that was causing the application to report that there was little or no free memory on machines that had large amounts of disk space available.

  • (M) Fixed a cosmetic problem that displayed inappropriate highlighting in the "Find Open Reading Frames..." dialog box.

  • (W) Fixed a problem that sometimes did not launch the application after double-clicking on a file.

  • (M/W) Fixed a problem importing very large sequence files from GenBank.
  • (M/W) Put up a notification dialog if a user tries to convert a GenBank file that does not contain any sequence information (some GenBank files just contain lists of other GenBank files).
