  4. Changed some code to allow GI to handle very large (chromosome sized) sequences more reliably.
  5. Changed GI preferences so that it can be launched from non-administrator accounts. Preferences are now stored individually for each user.
  6. Starting with this version, all GI Data files are stored within the Application package itself. It is no longer necessary to maintain an external GI Data folder.
  7. Fixed a cosmetic problem that sometimes cut off the right parts of dot matrix plots when a notebook was saved and then opened again.
