You're download will begin automatically. Below are the instructions on how to use this update:

1. Download the GCK or GI windows database
2. Unzip the archive using Winzip or Stuffit Expander. This will result in a folder with all the enzyme files
3. Locate your current GCK folder, probably in the Programs directory ? within a folder called Textco BioSoftware
4. Within the GCK program folder is another folder called GCK Data. This folder contains the restriction enzyme lists
5. For Gene Inspector, locate the Gene Inspector folder within the Textco BioSoftware folder in you Programs directory. Find the Lists folder, which contains the current enzyme lists
6. Discard the enzyme files currently in the GCK Data or the GI Lists folder and replace them with the new ones you just downloaded
